Following on his nomination for Best Newcomer at the 2020 Brit Awards, Manchester’s finest Aitch returns with his first solo offering of the year ‘Mice’.

The track was dropped as a surprise release on his website, before crashing an hour later due to the influx of traffic.

‘Mice’ is an unfiltered freestyle, and quasi-follow on from his now infamous ‘Straight Rhymez’ freestyle; a dose of fearless bars from one of the UK’s most exciting rappers and arguably the hottest act of the moment.

Hailing from New Moston in North Manchester, 20 year-old MC Aitch is undoubtedly one of the biggest success stories of the last year. Debut offering ‘Straight Rhymez’ has now garnered well over 15 million views, being credited as the video that propelled Aitch into the limelight and released with the help of Northern Quarterz, his management team. Based in his hometown of Manchester, NQ are helping to elevate artists in the North West of England to new heights.

Since then Aitch has gone on to make a solid mark on the scene nationally, his video for
single ‘Taste (Make It Shake)’ has accrued 23 million views, and at one point he even featured on four songs in the UK Official Chart at one time.

A keen collaborator and integral part of the UK Rap Scene, Aitch has seen huge success with his features on Young T and Bugsey ‘Strike Me A Pose’ (Platinum), Russ x Tion Wayne ‘Kesha Becky (Remix)’, Ed Sheeran ‘Take Me Back To London’ and his most recent collab with DigDat on ‘Ei8ht Mile’.
