Everything Everything release new single ‘Night Of The Long Knives‘ – impacts November 24 – and you can listen to it now on the Shoot Music – New Releases Playlist.
The track is the third to be taken from the UK top-5 album ‘A Fever Dream‘, following ‘Can’t Do‘ and ‘Desire‘, which has been a regular soundtrack on BBC Match Of The Day 2.
They’re set to make their US TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden in late October following their sold out tour of the States. The band recently performed at the BBC Introducing Tenth Anniversary show at Brixton Academy, playing a blistering five-song set alongside the likes of Jake Bugg, Nao and Slaves.
The four-piece have also announced their latest UK and Ireland tour, kicking off in February 2018 at Dublin Olympia before culminating on 10 March at Alexandra Palace in London – their biggest headline crowd of their career, following previous sold-out shows at Brixton Academy, Royal Albert Hall and Somerset House.
Everything Everything’s first three studio albums, ‘Man Alive‘ (2010), ‘Arc‘ (2013) and ‘Get To Heaven‘ (2015) all reached the top-20 in the album charts, peaking at No.17, 5 and 7 respectively.
The band, who have previously been shortlisted for the Mercury Music Prize and received three nominations for the Ivor Novello Award, are Jonathan Higgs (vocals, guitar), Jeremy Pritchard (bass, vocals, keys), Alex Robertshaw (guitar, vocals, keys) and Michael Spearman (drums, vocals, keys).
