Fergie returns with ‘Double Dutchess’ release

Eight-time GRAMMY Award-winner Fergie returns to releases her highly-anticipated second full-length solo album, and first for 11 years, ‘Double Dutchess‘.

Feeding the appetites of rabid fans worldwide, the global superstar has unveiled not one, but two new songs from the album, ‘Hungry‘ ft. Rick Ross and ‘You Already Know‘ ft. Nicki Minaj – of which you can listen to the latter now on the Shoot Music – New Releases Playlist.

Opener ‘Hungry’ ft. Rick Ross, produced by Yonni and JP Did This and co-produced by Donut, sees Fergie ravenously devour a beat before a sexy, gothic chorus accompanied by a classic Ricky Rozay cameo.

Meanwhile, ‘You Already Know’ ft. Nicki Minaj, produced by will.i.am, bobs and weaves a familiar sample through the explosive interplay between two of music’s hottest leading ladies and a stadium-size chant.

The former singer-songwriter, who made her first live appearance supporting the record with a headlining set at Rock In Rio in Brazil in September, has also uncovered her first visual album, ‘Double Dutchess: Seeing Double‘, via her own label Dutchess Music/BMG.

Fergie’s iconic 2006 solo debut album, ‘The Dutchess‘, moved over 8 million albums and over 30 million tracks around the globe.

Previously, she led The Black Eyed Peas to the pop pantheon with sales of 35 million records and 60 million tracks over the course of four multi-platinum offerings.
