At the tail end of the season, Stoke City FC travel to Anfield to face Liverpool (April 28th) and welcome Crystal Palace (May 5th) before finishing with a trip to Wales to face Swansea City (May 13th).
Stoke City FC finished 13th in their ninth successive Premier League season last term but after just two wins from their final 11 games they will be aiming to erase that form and challenge for a fourth top-10 finish in five years in 2017/18.
To do so, Hughes, who won the Premier League twice as a player with Manchester United, will be looking to recruit a number of new faces in the summer transfer window to help his side achieve that goal.
