Ordinary Madness’, one of the many highlights from Joe Goddard’s new album ‘Electric Lines’, has been given the remix treatment by RAC – and it’s available to listen to now on the Shoot Music – New Releases Playlist.

The Grammy Award-winning electronic artist (real name: Andre Allen Anjos), who won for his remix of Bob Moses’ ‘Tearing Me Up’ in 2017, strips back the pop bombast of the original, laying bare the delicate vocals of British singer Jess Mills and highlighting Goddard’s skilful songwriting, honed over the course of his 20-year career.

Joe Goddard was a 2017 Glastonbury MVP, bringing his brand new live show to the Park Stage, where his single ‘Home’ was received like the true summer anthem it is. Goddard DJed another six parties across the 4-day Glastonbury weekend. He’ll spend the rest of the summer playing festivals and shows across Europe.

All about connections, the title of Joe Goddard’s new album ‘Electric Lines’ – available now on 2xLP heavyweight vinyl, CD with a 6-page artwork booklet, and digital download – refers to the colourful cables that link the modules in his Eurorack synthesizer and to the invisible wires that run between all the different kinds of electronic music that he loves.

An apt title for a record which brilliantly unites the strands of his prolific career: member of Hot Chip and the 2 Bears, songwriter, producer, DJ, Grammy award nominated remixer and co-founder of the Greco-Roman label.
