Lily Allen airs ‘Higher’ from forthcoming ‘No Shame’ Album

Lily Allen reveals ‘Higher’ from her highly anticipated upcoming fourth album, ‘No Shame’, which will be released on June 8 – and you can listen to it now on the Fantasy Premier League playlist.

‘No Shame’ – which includes lead song ‘Trigger Bang’ featuring Giggs – is Lily Allen’s most personal, insightful and fully-formed record to date – a departure from the bold, brash lyricism and sun-soaked melodies Lily is known for.

Higher’ finds Lily at her most vulnerable, as simple as it is fragile. The track offers a confessional insight and a glimpse of what’s to come on ‘No Shame‘.

Lily will play a string of intimate sold out live shows across the UK in March, with further shows announced in the US and across Europe. Lily has also been announced as the headline act for a number of UK and European festivals this summer, including London’s Mighty Hoopla and Common People in Southampton.

Working with collaborators Fryars, Mark Ronson, Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig, Burna Boy, P2J and Cass Lowe to create ‘No Shame’, Lily says her goal was to make an album that is “as truthful as possible”.

Lily Allen has had three UK number 1 singles, two number 1 albums and she has sold over 5 million albums worldwide. She also recently featured on ‘Cigarettes and Cush’ from Stormzy’s acclaimed ‘Gang Signs and Prayer‘.
