Drum and bass duo Sigma have released their brand new single ‘Sell My Soul’ featuring Maverick Sabre, the follow up to ‘You And Me As One’ featuring Jack Savoretti.
On ‘Sell My Soul’, Sigma and Maverick Sabre dip into the moodiest corner of their palette, layering tension and subtle soulful energy.
Sabre’s dark, powerful voice rises alongside the subtle, layered production, combining spacious Dub and abrasive Drum and bass. Both the skull-rattling drop and the lyrics (“sold my soul to the rebel down the road”) reflect a timely, anti-authority spirit, whilst also reminding listeners of the distinctive character that helped both artists rise through their respective scenes.

Sigma are one of the only UK Dance acts to make it big in the world of pop – selling over 100,000 copies of their debut LP Life and amassing 450 million YouTube views – without losing relevance in the Drum and bass scene where the London-based duo spent a decade, pre-fame.
Their performances vary from gritty DJ sets to live band tours, which have included headline slots at the O2 Academy Brixton, 18,000-strong singalongs at Reading and Leeds and even a live collaboration with Take That at Hyde Park.
This flexibility extends to their singles’ collaborations, which range from Rita Ora and Tinie Tempah to Birdy and Quavo, with 11 tracks consecutively playlisted by BBC Radio 1 and 2, and two #1 singles.
They will be taking their anthemic energy to the Isle of Wight festival next year, having recently been announced as one of the first performers.
