Norwegian trio Bausa introduce themselves to the rest of the world with the release of their latest single, 'Magnetic'.
The focus track of a double release alongside, ‘Addicted To Your Love’, ‘Magnetic’ was made by the trio in a small holiday house by the ocean in Norway — that environment naturally shaped the track, which reflects their signature Scandi-house sound, blending uplifting club emotion with their own energy. Inspired by classic disco and funk, the song captures the irresistible rush of falling for someone you can’t stay away from, carried by infectious melodies and catchy vocals. The teaser clips Bausa have been pushing have already generated over 15 million organic views across Instagram and TikTok.
On the track, Bausa said, “Magnetic is about the catching feelings for a special someone you can’t resist. It’s a fun and great feeling, and this track uses a combination of disco/funk house and catchy vocals and melodies to make that feeling come to life. Magnetic is a scandinavian house track, inspired by the classic disco and funk songs with a drizzle of catchy vocals.”

Bausa have quickly established themselves as one of the most exciting new acts on the Norwegian music scene. They debuted in 2021 and broke through with their hit single ‘Turné’ in 2023, which earned them nominations for “Song of the Year”, “Breakthrough of the Year” and “Party music of the Year” at Spellemann, Norway’s equivalent of the Grammys, that same year.
