Puerto Rican indie duo Buscabulla has announced details of the Se Bailaba Así remix EP, alongside releasing a 'Miraverahí' remix by Slow Jamz.
The ‘Miraverahí’ Slow Jamz remix came together via a DJ friend who introduced Raquel Berrios to their sound. They ended up reimagining the track through their own lens— more upbeat, more club-driven, but still intimate—bringing a late-night, sensual depth that feels both fresh and unmistakably theirs. “We were instantly drawn to their mix of urbano and house—bridging the energy of the club with what’s coming out of Puerto Rico right now,” Raquel shares. “Though they’re part of a new wave of producers, they’ve already worked with some of the scene’s most established artists, and we felt they could take ‘Miraverahí’ somewhere more dancefloor-ready.”
“While listening to the album, ‘Miraverahí’ was one of the songs that stood out for us,” says Jean Manuel and Oscar Ortiz aka Slow Jamz. “Rather than focusing on heartbreak, it speaks to acting on your feelings for someone, before it’s too late. And we really liked the idea of playing with that, and making our instrumental version of it. Kind of like a sad song that you can still vibe to in the club.”

Se Bailaba Así is the afterglow of Se Amaba Así – where heartbreak leaves the bedroom and finds its way to the dance floor. Following their 2025 album of vintage Latin romance reimagined for modern love, the duo return with a remix EP that transforms longing into movement, and introspection into release.
Featuring reworks by Buscabulla, Puerto Rican collaborators Matt Louis and Slow Jamz, and Spain’s Tuiste & Mayo, Se Bailaba Así brings new energy to songs rooted in desire, distance, and emotional unraveling.
Born alongside a growing series of dance parties of the same name, the project extends beyond the music—inviting listeners to step into the club as a space for connection, catharsis, and possibility. If Se Amaba Así captured the ache of love, Se Bailaba Así is what comes after: the rhythm of letting go, and the hope of starting again.
