Up-and-coming Welsh band Public Order captivate listeners once more with their anthemic new single 'Joker'.
The track is taken from their highly-anticipated debut EP HELLO, which lands on March 28 via Ignition Records. ‘Joker’ builds on Public Order’s reputation for blending emotive guitar-driven storytelling with a pulsating energy, with this single showcasing their signature fusion of bold instrumentation, atmospheric hooks, and raw lyrical depth.
Describing the track, Public Order say: “‘Joker’ is a bittersweet snapshot of youth. It’s about living in the moment, embracing the chaos, the messiness, and the beautiful but fleeting moments. It’s the realisation that not everything is meant to last, and that’s okay.”

Working alongside Grammy Award-winning producer Jim Abbiss, known for his work with Arctic Monkeys and Adele, Public Order’s upcoming EP is a fresh and experimental evolution of their sound. The EP features previously released title track, ‘HELLO’ and ‘STRANGER’ which gained support from the likes of Huw Stephens and BBC Introducing.
To celebrate the release of ‘Joker’, Public Order will hit the road with Everyone You Know on their UK tour as special guests this February. The band will also headline select shows this spring, including performances at Independent Venue Week, Dot To Dot festival, and special show at Caldicot Castle with Razorlight later in the year. This follows a busy 2024 where Public Order have been building their fanbase touring relentlessly.
