Belfast DJ and producer Robbie Doherty shares, 'Call It What You Like', his viral hit that's been taking TikTok by storm.
‘Call It What You Like’ is the record powering the “character selection” trend sweeping social media, creators filming in selfie mode, shaking the camera into the drop, then cutting wide for a nonchalant, effortlessly cool entrance on the beat. The format is contagious, with Subway Surfers, Duolingo and Joe Jonas among those to have taken part in it.
The track was originally released on Robbie’s own label, Avenu before Isekai Records partnered with him in April 2025 to work the record. What started as an edit campaign rooted in luxury and cinematic cool, old money, James Bond, Limitless, rapidly evolved into something far bigger. Since the partnership launched, streams have risen 515%, with the track now surpassing 3.5 million total streams. 2.5 million of those have come in the last 30 days alone, peaking at 214,000 daily streams.

For those already familiar with Doherty, this moment has been a long time coming. His breakthrough single ‘Pour The Milk’ earned silver certification in the UK and gold in Ireland, accumulating over 64 million streams.
