Sutton United FC are bringing all the matchday sounds and atmosphere you love to streaming services with launch of their official playlists on Spotify
Along with launching the playlists, The Us have become the first football club in the UK to launch a commercial music policy with Linkfire. The collaboration between the club and Shoot Music brings supporters a selection of Sutton United playlists which are currently available to stream on Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music via their official Linkfire channel.
The Sutton United FC Official Playlist is topped by many songs familiar to U’s fans, including singer-songwriter and former Billy Vincent band member Sleepy Joe’s anthem ‘West Sutton to Wembley’ and comedian and Us fan Tim Vine’s ‘Rock Your Tambourine’, which both soundtracked the League 2 club’s trip to Wembley for the Papa John’s Trophy Final in the 2021/22 season.
Along with Sutton anthems, the playlist also features some of the biggest football terrace songs to get you in the matchday mood from Gala, Status Quo, The White Stripes, Endor and more.
Fans can also listen to the Sutton United FC Women playlist, handpicked by members of the LSE Regional Premier league squad, and Player Takeover playlists, with defender Louis John the first to select his motivational tracks.
As well as providing all your fan favourite tracks, the club will keep their finger on the pulse when it comes to all the biggest new releases with weekly updates thanks to playlist partners Shoot Music – the music promotion specialists for the sport market.
The launch of these playlists means Us fans can expect to hear some of the best and biggest songs played at the VBS Community Stadium on every matchday around the ground and in the club’s fanzone ahead of kick-off.
