Welcome back to our weekly Stadium Music Chart, representing the most popular new releases playing out across the nation’s Football Grounds and Sport Stadiums, compiled using official Shoot Music DJ download data.
Here’s this week’s chart update…
Top Four
We have a new front runner this week, as we see Calvin Harris and Sam Smith leapfrog Wham!’s Club Tropicana remix with their latest hit ‘Desire’.
Elsewhere, Supershy also jumps from 11th to 6th with ‘Feel Like Makin’ Love’. The single interpolates Roberta Flack’s soulful 1974 classic with a fresh and vibrant French-House sound that already has the trademark of Supershy’s own.
Best of the Rest
On Pleasure Peak, a golden-era Chicago house bass-line leads listeners into a dance-floor wonderland of sharpened drum programming and hypnagogic synths. The track fervently evolves into a pulsating peak-time anthem, twisting and morphing to the sound of the organ bass with Rose’s tantalising vocal gliding atop the intoxicating new single.
