JOY (Anonymous) link up with Ezra Collective and STUSH on the release of their electrifying new single, 'JOY (This One)'.
After building a friendship and creative synergy from JOY (Anonymous)’s acclaimed remix of Ezra Collective’s Mercury Prize–winning ‘Life Goes On’, the two bands finally found time earlier this year to collaborate in the studio.
The result was a high-impact track that blended the artist shared musical sensibilities and was elevated once again when STUSH agreed to jump on with her sharp lyricism and compelling vocals.

‘JOY (This One)’ was first debuted live at Alexandra Palace during Fred Again..’s Thursday Alexandra Palace USB002 show where JOY (Anonymous) and Femi of Ezra Collective went back-to-back. The response was huge – leading the artists to fast-track the release within just 48 hours of that performance.
The track encapsulates the joy, energy and community at the heart of each contributor’s work and cements a standout moment in 2026 for everyone involved — a celebration of collaboration, spontaneous creation and the unifying power of music.
