Premier League Predictions for GW31 from Rosellas

Premier League GW31 Predictions – Rosellas

Taking us on in the latest round of Premier League predictions is Euan Mail - Hull City fan and guitarist of Manchester-based quartet Rosellas.

During the 2025/26 Premier League season, each gameweek will see the team at Sport Playlists predict the results of every fixture against one of our artists. Correctly predicting a result will score three points, while correctly predicting the result and scoreline of a game will score five points.

Premier League GW31 predictions

AFC Bournemouth v Manchester United

Michael Carrick’s United head to the south coats on Friday looking to maintain their grip on 3rd place after last weekend’s win over Aston Villa, with the Cherries on a run of four draws in a row in the top flight.

Euan: Bournemouth 1-2 Man Utd
Sport Playlists: Bournemouth 0-1 Man Utd

Brighton & Hove Albion v Liverpool

After a formidable win in the Champions League earlier in the week, Liverpool go into Saturday’s early kick-off at the Amex searching for their first league win in three games, with the hosts having only dropped points once in their last four games and looking to break into the top 10.

Euan: Brighton 1-1 Liverpool
Sport Playlists: Brighton 1-1 Liverpool

Fulham v Burnley

Saturday’s sole 3pm kick-off sees both sides going into the clash at Craven Cottage searching for a return to winning ways, with the visitors still holding out hope of clawing their way out of the relegation zone despite being nine points adrift of safety.

Euan: Fulham 2-0 Burnley
Sport Playlists: Fulham 3-0 Burnley

Everton v Chelsea

Five points separate the Toffees and the Blues going into their late meeting at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. Everton are coming off a narrow loss at Arsenal, with the visitors having been resoundingly beaten by Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League.

Euan: Everton 2-2 Chelsea
Sport Playlists: Everton 2-1 Chelsea

Leeds United v Brentford

With only three points separating them from the relegation fight below them in the table, Leeds will be looking to count on their strong home form when they host a Brentford side firmly in the hunt for a spot in Europe next season.

Euan: Leeds 1-1 Brentford
Sport Playlists: Leeds 2-1 Brentford

Newcastle United v Sunderland

The Tyne-Wear derby earlier this season saw the Black Cats secure a narrow 1-0 win over their fierce rivals, and with only two points separating the sides going into the clash at St James’ Park, a win would see one side end the day with bragging rights and a spot above the other in the table.

Euan: Newcastle 3-1 Sunderland
Sport Playlists: Newcastle 3-2 Sunderland

Aston Villa v West Ham United

Villa will have one eye on Saturday’s game at the Amex as they look to maintain their spot in the top four the following day against a West Ham side locked in a fierce three-way fight against the drop with Spurs and Forest.

Euan: Villa 2-1 West Ham
Sport Playlists: Villa 2-0 West Ham

Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest

A proverbial relegation six pointer in North London between two of the three sides most at risk of finishing in the final relegation spot right now. Spurs will be hoping to take some inspiration from their first win under Igor Tudor in the second leg of their Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid, with the visitors searching for a first league win in almost two months.

Euan: Spurs 1-1 Forest
Sport Playlists: Spurs 1-2 Forest

Bonus Prediction: Carabao Cup Final – Arsenal v Manchester City

The weekend concludes with the first domestic trophy of the 2025/26 season in England being handed out as the Premier League’s top two meet at Wembley Stadium. You can get set for the game by reading move about the official Carabao Cup playlist.

Euan: Arsenal 2-1 Man City
Sport Playlists: Arsenal 1-2 Man City

About: Rosellas

Comprised of Drew Selby (vocals), Euan Mail (rhythm guitar), Luis Sullivan (keys, backing vocals), Ollie Appleby (bass) and Mark Zanker (drums), Manchester’s Rosellas are unleashing a new wave of tunes inspired by a mix of artists ranging from the singalong choruses of Sam Fender to the psychedelic, reverb-soaked guitars associated with Pink Floyd, embracing cutting-edge production techniques and whispery harmonies.

Latest single ‘Beautiful Lonely’ is the first single from their upcoming five track EP, Shadow Dancing, set for release in May. The band are set to head out on tour later this month across the UK.

How did you come to support your club and what are your favourite memories from your time as a fan?

Euan: I’m a Hull City fan, which comes from my dad. Growing up in Manchester supporting Hull City was quite strange! My favourite memories are the two play-off winning promotions to the Premier League, 2008 being particularly special when Dean Windass scored the winning goal in the final. And to go 2-0 up in an FA Cup Final was brilliant, shame about the final result though. I would say this season has the potential to live long in the memories.

Who have been your favourite five players for the club?

Euan: In no particular order: Abel Hernandez, Nick Barmby, Geovanni, Paul McShane, Jarrod Bowen.

What are your thoughts on how the 2025/26 season has gone for your club?

Euan: It’s been nothing short of a miracle! Many people had probably written us off for relegation this season (myself included) so to be in with a real shout of getting play offs at this late stage is brilliant. I just hope we can get it over the line!

What’s going on for you as an artist at the moment?

Euan: We’re gearing up for our biggest ever UK Tour which starts in Sheffield next week (March 27) to promote our upcoming EP Shadow Dancing (out May 13). We’re all excited to get back out on the road and travel the length of the country playing our new songs.
