Two-time BRIT Award winner Becky Hill continues to build momentum towards the release of new album REBECCA with latest single, ‘Changes’.
‘Changes’ offers another taste of Becky’s high-intensity, multi-genre “curated chaos” approach to REBECCA. It’s a maximalist production full of unexpected touches, as frenetic drum ‘n’ bass beats, glitch-pop stutters and synth flourishes collide with one of Becky’s trademark addictive hooks and powerhouse vocals. For all its sonic intensity, the sentiment at its heart is simple and direct: committing fully to a relationship, whatever changes or obstacles the future might bring.
The new single follows ‘what do i have to do?’ which has taken on a life of its own online following Becky’s recent headline shows. Fans saw her bring the video’s satirical ‘BBL Becky’ character to the stage, recreating the OTT prosthetic look. The moment captured fans’ imaginations, who made their own content using the sound, generating over 100 million views on TikTok in just two weeks.

REBECCA will now be released on November 13, with the new date allowing Becky to complete two tracks that she was keen to have on the record and continue her creative relationships with Sonny Fodera and MEDUZA. The recently released euphoric ‘Say Something’ sees Becky working with Sonny again following their 2024 UK hit ‘Never Be Alone’, while her new collaboration with MEDUZA follows their huge 2019 global hit and live favourite ‘Lose Control’. As everyone’s schedules were busy, finding times to bring the tracks together took longer than anticipated so resulted in the album moving to November.
REBECCA was written during a period of intense personal and artistic reflection and sees Becky exploring ambition, identity, visibility and the contradictions of her life from a place of greater openness and creative freedom. Across the record, she examines the tension between desire and self-preservation with clarity, humour and brutal honesty, resulting in her boldest, emotionally charged body of work to date.
Described by Becky as “curated chaos”, REBECCA also marks a significant evolution in her sound. It sees her reconnecting with the wider influences that shaped her early musical identity, pulling inspiration from guitar music alongside the dance and drum & bass foundations that have defined her career. REBECCA blends that collision of worlds with heavy electro production, alternative influences and euphoric electronics into an album that feels both expansive and unpredictable.
“I’ve always wanted to be the people’s artist,” Becky says. “But that doesn’t mean having to please everybody all the time. With this album, I needed to be headstrong and make something that fully reflected who I am creatively.”
